Shipping Policy

  • We strive to process orders within one business day; however, delays may occasionally occur.
  • All orders submitted are subject to acceptance by us. 
  • Orders are shipped as soon as possible and may not be the same day as order placement.
  • If you have questions about the lead time on a specific item, please feel free to contact us.
  • Orders received after Friday 12:00PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday (or on the following business day, if Monday is a holiday).
  • Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS).
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • It is estimated that you will receive your order between 5 to 10 business days from the date that it is shipped (not the date the order is placed).
  • Delivery delays may occasionally occur. If we anticipate a longer lead time, it will be noted in the item description.
  • Shipping charge options are calculated and displayed prior to payment and completion of your order.
  • You will receive a Shipment Confirmation by email once your order has shipped.
  • Title and risk of loss passes to you at the time of delivery to the shipment carrier. Revs Institute is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged good(s) when filing a claim.

IMPORTANT:  We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies only to International and Canadian orders.
